Let me start by saying the customer service offered by Moates is second to none. This company fixed an issue with my Demon board that was not due to faulty equipment, just a victim of time.
My return process started with a simple email to Dave B. I described the issue I was having with my Demon RTP and asked for suggestions on how to fix the problem. Within a few minutes I received an answer, and a recommendation on how to handle my situation. Dave attached a link that directed me to Moates RMA service which gave basic instructions on how to send my Demon RTP back for evaluation. Five business days later I received an email with a tracking number for replacement products.
Few companies stand by their products now-a-days; Moates is one of a handful THAT DOES. I was already a fan of their products from the beginning. Their service, quality, and attention to detail makes me customer for life.
